Community Leader Conference
We Grow Stronger Together
The Community Leadership Conference is our investment in the people who make West Coast Swing come alive across Asia. It brings together leaders, teachers, DJs, organizers, and volunteers for one purpose: to learn, share, and build stronger communities together.

Through multiple focused tracks, participants explore the essentials of sustainable growth — business and marketing, culture and leadership, teaching methodology, music direction, and event operations. Every session is practical, interactive, and rooted in real experience, giving you frameworks, templates, and systems you can take home and implement immediately.

Most of all, the conference creates a rare space for true collaboration. Leaders from different cities connect, compare challenges, exchange solutions, and form long-term support networks. By including the conference in every full pass, MY Swing helps shape a future where Asian West Coast Swing communities grow faster, grow smarter, and grow together.

In line with Malaysian regulatory requirements, West Coast Swing Malaysia is now SST-registered and will be charging 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST) on applicable fees. SST Registration No: W10-2512-32000463 All listed prices will now be subject to / inclusive of SST in accordance with regulations. This is part of staying compliant as we continue to grow the community sustainably and responsibly.

We also use Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe charges a standard 3% fee on each transaction to cover the cost of transferring funds between banks and credit card networks. This ensures payments remain safe and reliable. You will see this listed as a 'Processing Fee' during checkout, and we do not receive any portion of it.
